Brian Henninger's Fireside Chat Golf Tournament

The Fireside Chat is a Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament, held at the world famous, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort each year. This three day event is the most unique Pro-Am Tournament on the PGA Tour. It is an intimate gathering of 32 amateurs and 8 PGA Tour Professionals. Tour players Scott McCarron, Kirk Triplett, Brandel Chamblee, Glen Day, Olin Browne, Jim Carter, Paul Goydos and Scott Simpson have been regular participants in this event.
The weekend includes a number of different events, promoting a mix of tournament golf, golf instruction, entertainment, unique golf competitions, and intimate dinner gatherings. Three rounds of golf are played at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort during the event. Each championship course (Pacific Dunes, Bandon Dunes and Bandon Trails) is played once during the weekend. The culmination of the event is the roundtable question and answer session with our PGA Tour Pro's that we refer to as “The Fireside Chat”. The Chat follows dinner on Sunday evening and is recognized as the highlight of the weekend.
The objective of the tournament weekend is to raise funds for childrens’ charities. All net proceeds from this tournament go directly to a group of selected organizations each year.
